Raj Kumar Pandit is the Compliance Officer of Alphum Research. He has compliance experience in the securities markets and is NISM certified. He oversees the firm’s adherence to SEBI regulations and the rules and byelaws of the exchanges of which the firm is a member.

Nature of business

Alphum is a proprietary trading entity. We trade exclusively with the firm’s own capital in Indian financial markets. All trading activities are conducted in accordance with applicable Indian laws, SEBI regulations and the rules and byelaws of the exchanges of which we are a member.

No solicitation of funds

We do not accept external investments or manage public money. Alphum does not offer portfolio management, advisory, broking or any other client-facing service. We do not solicit deposits, investments or participation of any kind from the public.

  • We will never ask you to transfer money to us.
  • We do not offer investment schemes, assured returns or trading tips.
  • We have no agents or franchisees authorised to collect funds on our behalf.

Caution against fraud

Any communication claiming to be from Alphum is official only if it originates from an @alphum.in email address. If you receive any solicitation for funds, job-related fee requests or investment offers made in our name, please treat them as fraudulent and report them to us at compliance@alphum.in and to the appropriate authorities.
